A daily “I’m OK”, and the family knows.

One big button, once a day. If the morning goes quiet, Surewell reminds your parent first, then tells the whole family, and sends the all-clear the moment they check in.

2 weeks free for the family. Always free for parents.

Mom hasn’t checked in yet

Mom’s check-in was due by 8:30 AM. We’ve reminded Mom.

How it works

  1. Made to be easy at 80

The parent’s app has one obvious action: a full-width “I’m OK”. They can also check in from a home-screen widget, the lock screen, a notification, or with Siri on an iPhone: “Tell Surewell I’m OK”.

  2. A window that fits their mornings

Choose when the check-in is due, say by 10:00. Early risers and late sleepers both fit. Travelling or staying with family? Your parent can pause check-ins, and you’ll see that it’s paused.

  3. An alarm if they forget

On a day your parent hasn’t tapped “I’m OK” in time, their phone can ring like an alarm clock, even on silent. One tap on it and the family knows they’re fine.

  4. A gentle ladder, not a siren

When the window ends, your parent is reminded. Fifteen minutes later, the family gets an alert that stands out. At thirty minutes, a second one. At forty-five, the phone’s last signs of life: when it was last used, its battery and, if your parent shares it, where it was.

  5. Quiet when all is well

There’s no daily notification to wade through. Today shows the check-in at a glance, and Surewell only speaks up when something needs you.

Surewell is not an emergency service. If someone may be hurt or in danger, call your local emergency number first.

Questions

How fast does the family hear about a missed check-in?

Fifteen minutes after the check-in window ends, if your parent hasn’t answered the reminder.

Can my parent check in without opening the app?

Yes: from a widget, the lock screen, the reminder notification itself, or with Siri on an iPhone.

Does it work if my parent travels?

Yes. Times follow your parent’s own time zone, and they can pause check-ins while away.
