Can my siblings use it too?
Yes. Everyone joins one family circle, on iPhone or Android, and one Surewell Family subscription covers them all.
Does my parent need an account or a password?
No. You send an 8-digit code from the app, and they type it in after choosing “I’m a parent”. That’s the whole setup.
Does my parent need a smartphone?
Yes: an iPhone with iOS 17 or later, or an Android phone with Android 8 or later. Surewell is made for people in their 70s and 80s: big type, big buttons, one decision per screen.
