When a caller sounds like you, Mom can ask you.

Scammers can copy a voice from a few seconds of video. Surewell gives your parent a way to check, while the caller is still talking.

2 weeks free for the family. Always free for parents.

A man in his forties looks at his phone with concern.

Are you calling Mom right now?

Mom is on a call with someone who says they’re you. Tap Yes or No.

Surewell asking the family: Are you calling Mom right now? With Yes, it’s me and No, it’s not me.
The family circle in Surewell: Mom, Dad and everyone who looks out for them.

How it works

  1. Ask without hanging up

Your parent opens Surewell and taps who the caller claims to be. That person’s phone asks: “Are you calling Mom right now?”

  2. Yes or No, in one tap

Tap “Yes, it’s me” and your parent sees “It really is Ben ✓”. Tap “No” and they see, in big plain words: “Hang up now. It’s NOT Ben.”

  3. A family code word

Agree on a word only the family knows. Your parent can see it in the app and ask for it when nobody can answer.

Questions

What if the person they ask doesn’t answer?

Your parent can ask the caller for the family code word. Scammers can copy a voice, but not a secret. Or hang up and call back on the number they know is real.

Does Surewell listen to the call?

No. Surewell never hears or records calls.
