Terms of Use

Surewell ยท Last updated October 22, 2026

By using Surewell you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not an emergency service

Surewell is a tool to help families stay in touch. It is not an emergency, medical alert or monitoring service and does not contact emergency services. Notifications, calls and texts can be delayed or fail because of network, device or settings issues. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Not medical advice

Medicine reminders are a convenience. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.

Scam checks

Scam checks are automated assessments that can be wrong. A message marked as showing no warning signs is not guaranteed to be safe. When in doubt, do not reply or pay, and contact the organization using a number you know is real.

Consent

You may only invite a person who agrees to use Surewell. Each parent installs Surewell on their own device and controls what they share. You must not use Surewell to monitor anyone without their knowledge.

Subscriptions

Surewell Family is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID on iPhone, or your Google Play account on Android. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of a free trial). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. One subscription covers your whole family circle.

Your account

Keep your device secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

Surewell is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from a missed, late or incorrect notification or assessment.
